Strawberry Lemonade Recipe
WITH ELECTROLYTES
Ingredients and their Health Benefits
- 2 cups organic coconut water (you can substitute 1 cup of organic coconut water for 1 cup of organic coconut milk for a creamier consistency): A natural hydrator, coconut water is loaded with potassium, sodium, and manganese, making it an excellent choice for rehydration.

- 1 cup ice chips: Keeping the drink cold and refreshing.
- 1/2 cup water: To adjust the consistency and add extra hydration.
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice: Lemons are rich in vitamin C, support digestion, and add a zesty flavour.
- 1 teaspoon lemon rind: Adds an extra zing and a dose of antioxidants.
- 1/2 teaspoon Celtic Sea salt: A minimally processed salt that offers vital minerals and aids in maintaining electrolyte balance.
